Warwick, NY (June 12th, 2008) – Redlake Marketing, a strategically integrated national marketing firm with offices in New York and Tampa, has appointed Scott Gomez as Chief Operating Officer. “We are beyond excited to have someone of Scott’s caliber and experience join the Redlake Marketing team. Not only will he be responsible for steering Redlake’s operations, he will be also play a key role in working with clients to help them achieve productivity and efficiency gains, as they implement the growth strategies that Redlake has outlined for them” says CEO, Christine Regan Lake.

Mr. Gomez has 19 years of experience designing and implementing creative solutions to business challenges, for both startup and Fortune 100 companies. Mr. Gomez’s background spans multiple industries, where he has held senior management positions in all core business functions: core operations, finance, technology, marketing and business development. Having business process and technical expertise is unique, and this has enabled Scott to apply common sense technology to businesses in a manner that has profoundly impacted the bottom line for multiple companies. Scott most recently worked for The Nielsen Company (formally known as ACNielsen, which is the largest market research data company in the world) as National Director, Retail Technologies. In this role, Scott designed new business strategies and provided technical consultation to the largest retailers in the United States. Through his understanding of process improvement methodologies and technology coupled with effective client interaction Scott was able to reduce product delivery times from 18 months to 30 days and produce a revolutionary new client capability for one-fifth the original cost estimate. Prior to Nielsen, Mr. Gomez worked for UCCnet (now GS1), which was an industry standards initiative, charged with enabling accurate business communications across multiple industries. At UCCnet, Mr. Gomez provided strategic direction and technical consultation to both small businesses, as well as Fortune 100 companies. Internally at Scott worked closely with the executive team where he lead changes to market strategy and carved down expenses from the annual budget by over 73%.

Scott started his career in 1988 with American Ref-Fuel, one of the largest waste-to-energy companies in the United States, where he managed operations for their power facilities. In a dual role, Scott also initiated new business processes, and designed and implemented key technologies acting as trusted advisor to the executive team. Scott was responsible for the $200 million annual expense budget and in less then 1 year he was able to reduce expenses by $9 million. Scott is a skilled practitioner of six sigma methodologies; activity based costing, and lean and agile practices.

Warwick, NY (February 5th, 2008) — Redlake Inc., a national sales and marketing firm headquartered in Warwick, NY is continuing its aggressive expansion with the addition of Chris Yates to the Redlake team. In his role as Director of New Business Development for the Tampa Bay market, Chris will be charged with launching and expanding the Redlake brand in Florida.

Chris has over 15 years of sales and customer service experience, as well as being a previous business owner and CEO. Chris’ experience crosses a broad section of industries ranging from small local companies with less than $1 million in annual sales, to multi-national companies with sales in excess of $100 million.

While working with these companies some of his responsibilities included, recruiting and leading a sales force which exceeded its sales goals year after year. 9/25/2007 – Redlake founder, Christine Regan wins Rising Star Award

Warwick, NY – Redlake co-founder and CEO Christine Regan has been awarded the Rising Star Award. The Rising Star award is an award in recognition of professional and volunteer activities, demonstrated leadership and the impact that an individual has had on the organizations in which they are involved. The awards are a program put on by the joint organizations, Orange County Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Orange and the Junior League of Orange County. Regan will receive her award at the Rising Star Awards breakfast held at Anthony’s Pier 9 at 7:30am on November 13th 2007.

“I am honored to have been chosen as a Rising Star. I think as leaders it is important to set the example for our employees and neighbors to get involved and make a difference in both the companies that we work and the communities in which we live.” Regan was one of 21 individuals being given the award out of a nomination pool of over 34 candidates.

10/23/2006 – Redlake founders win President’s Award from Orange County Chamber of Commerce

Warwick, NY, October 23rd, 2006 – Founders Christine Regan and Michael Lake of Redlake, Inc. a sales and marketing agency in Warwick received the President’s Award for their service to the Orange County Chamber of Commerce at their Annual Awards Dinner & Meeting last Thursday the 19th at the Inn at Central Valley.

Brought on in January of 2006 to be their agency of record, Redlake has worked hard to help promote the chamber. In that time, Redlake has provided a full range of services, from marketing ideas like the very successful Business Idol competition to television and radio commercials to print ads and post cards – even a telemarketing script that helped the membership drive volunteers sign up more than 40% more members than last year’s drive. “We really enjoyed being given so many ways to help the Chamber” said Vice President of Creative, Mike Lake.

10/12/2006 – REDLAKE INC. WINS TELLY AWARD

Warwick, NY, October 12, 2006 – Redlake Inc. of Warwick, NY, one of Orange County’s fastest growing sales and marketing agencies, has won a bronze Telly Award for their retrospective “Tribute To Marilyn” produced and directed by Michael Lake. The retrospective takes the audience on the emotional journey of Marilyn Lake who fought a life-long battle against disease and her triumph over adversity. At one point when she was a young girl, doctors told her Grandmother that Marilyn needed life-saving surgery, but that in her weakened state, it would surely kill her. Thanks to the stubborn conviction of her Grandmother Capping little Marilyn was given the surgery – for which she survived and came through with flying colors.

Marilyn went on to become a teacher in one of the poorest districts in Arizona. She chose to teach English to the Spanish speaking youth of Arizona. To her pride, her students, many of whom had been labeled learning disabled, went on to score higher than their English speaking counterparts in the same school. Marilyn fought against the district to institute phonetics as the core method of teaching English, as she saw how successful it was for her students. All through-out her career Marilyn battled rheumatoid arthritis and eventually breast and liver cancer, which took her life in July of 2005.

8/9/2006 – Redlake founder wins Spirit of Literacy Award

Warwick, NY, August 9th, 2006 – Christine Regan, President of Redlake, Inc. was honored by the Literacy Volunteers of Western Orange County’s with the “Spirit of Literacy” award for her volunteer work with the organization the past year.

Regan was approached by several volunteer organizations to become involved with in the county, but after much thought and consideration she and her partner Michael Lake decided upon two local non-profit organizations that Redlake would become involved with; Literacy Volunteers of Western Orange County and Orange County Safe Homes.

Given that both Michael Lake and she are prolific readers and are cognizant of the impact that reading has had on both of their lives and much of their success, LVWOC was an easy choice. “If you want to better your life, reading is essential. It is one of the most important building blocks for self esteem, self-knowledge and ultimately ones’ success,” says Regan.

Redlake donated their marketing expertise for various elements of LVWOC’s activities for this past year including logo designs, invitations and several large posters. Regan said that “Hearing the students speak about the joy, freedom and pride that learning to read has given them really filled my heart and reaffirmed our decision to become involved with LVWOC for the long-term.”
